Pierre Andre Keupp was born on September 17, 1990, in Neckargartach, Germany to Pierre H. Keupp and Sylvia E. Keupp. He left this world on September 19, 2017, in Killeen, Texas.

Pierre attended Shoemaker High School and Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas.

He will be missed for his smile (that could lighten up a room). He always made you laugh and feel loved. He enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a member of Tonka Toys MSC of Killeen TX. He found his greatest enjoyment riding motorcycles. His light will forever shine bright. Pierre was very much loved by both his parents. He never met a stranger that he couldn't talk too.

Pierre will be remembered always for being positive, motivating, for his smile, the life of any event. May everyone come together and celebrate his home-going.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Pierre and Sylvia Keupp both of Killeen, TX; brother, Ricardo Smalls of Killeen, TX and his beloved sister and friend Latrice Ward, his son De'Andrae Keupp of Killeen, TX and the mother of his child Katina Shelton, maternal grandmother, Ernestine Smalls of Charleston, SC; paternal grandmother, Eldetraud Singleton of Charleston, SC; aunts: Victoria Stewart, Pam Mitchell, Mercedes Sawyer (uncle Logan) all of Charleston, SC and Marsha Pfifer of Manhattan, NY; uncles: Mathew Singleton Jr. (Kaycee) of Charleston SC, Irvin Smalls of San Antonio, TX, Marvin Smalls (Veree) of South Bend, IN, Anthony Smalls (Dutchess) of Pearland, TX; god-mother, Sonia Krause of Germany and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends; JáKari, Shi'Mya, King, Kueen, Janelle, Briana, Jayden and Jaleeh; cousins: DeAnthony Holland, Denario Green, Jamar Smith, and D'Lance Fuller. Pierre was preceded in death by his sister, Cheniqua Keupp.
