Funeral service for Mrs. Yolanda M. Williams 51, of Killeen, Texas will be held Monday, August 30, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, Texas. Burial will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Viewing will be held two hours prior to the service (11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.).

Mrs. Williams passed away August 19, 2021, in Killeen, Texas.

Yolanda Marie Williams was born on May 23, 1970, in Temple, Texas. She departed this life on August 19, 2021.

Yolanda graduated from Ellison High School in 1988. While in high school she was a member of the JROTC. After graduation, she attended Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas and earned a certificate in Nursing Assistance. She continued her education at Temple College in Temple, Texas where she earned a License Vocational Nursing Degree. She worked at Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, Texas and at the time of her death was employed at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. She was employed with Baylor Scott and White Hospital for over 14 years. She was also a member of Baylor Scott and White Peer Support Program.

Yolanda was a past member of Memorial Church of God In Christ in Temple, Texas and became a member of Christian House of Prayer Killeen/Copperas Cove, Texas on November 28, 1999.

Yolanda married Kenneth D. Williams on March 20, 2001, in Las Vegas, NV. They shared many wonderful memories together.

Yolanda will always be remembered for her love of others, her beautiful smile, and her kind heart.

Yolanda is survived by her husband, Kenneth D. Williams of Killeen, TX; children: Anthony C. Morrison, Kenneth D. Williams II (Juliesse), Myles J. Williams, Inari M. Nelson, Sasha S. Williams all of Killeen, TX, and Tashaye K. Williams of Lawton, OK; brother, Christopher B. Sanderson (Angela) of Houston, TX; sister, LaShonda Nelson of Killeen, TX; two grandchildren, Adrian J Dorch and Skyi A Morrison; mother-in-law, Edna Creel of Flint, MI; stepmother, LaVonda Bobbitt-Nelson of Killeen, TX and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in by her parents Jessie D. and Dorthy J. Nelson, brother Terry Y. Nelson, and granddaughter Adrianna J. Dorch.
