Graveside service for Mrs. Wanda Pearl Remedies, 85 of Copperas Cove, TX will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025, 9:00 a.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2025 (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX.

On November 30, 1939, Wanda was born to Alex and Kate Bohanan in Lawton, OK. She attended Geronimo High School and graduated in May 1957, where she was the Valedictorian of her graduating class. She passed away September 26, 2025, in Belton, TX.

On September 4, 1959, Wanda married Earnie Remedies. They were married for 65 years. They had three daughters, Karen, Kathi and Carol. They had four grandchildren, Andy, Toni, Ryan and Jessica; two great granddaughters, Taylor and Morgan; and one great grandson, Dylan.

The couple was stationed at Fort Hood in 1967 and then bought a home in Copperas Cove and lived there the rest of
their days. Wanda worked at Fort Hood Civil Service for 35 years and retired from there in January 2007.

Wanda dedicated her life to God, her husband and family. She was looking forward to eternity with her husband.
