On June 17, 2024, surrounded by her husband Alfred Brown III and loved ones the angel of the Lord whispered into Ursula Brown's ear saying my beloved daughter come home. Ursula Brown was born on Thursday, June 29, 1955, to the late Hans Paul Christian Jacob Schmidt, and Elfrieda Eller Schmidt in Marburg, Germany.

Ursula was a Graduate and An Honor Roll Student at Winninger High School. After completing high school Ursula worked many jobs while in Butzbach, Germany. She had a full life and enjoyed spending it with her husband Alfred, family, friends, and coworkers.

In 1978, she met this tall dark, and handsome young man named Alfred Brown III in Freeburg, Germany. During their time dating Alfred met Ursula's father Mr. Hans Paul Christian Jacob Schmidt, and siblings. Looking at their pictures you can see they had so much fun together. Alfred fell in love with Ursula after dating for 3 years.

On February 12, 1981, Ursula married her best friend, Alfred Brown III in Kobenhaven, Denmark. During their 43 years of marriage, Ursula traveled to many places with her tall dark, and handsome husband Alfred Brown III.

In 1985, Ursula and Alfred PCS from Germany to Fort Knox, Ky. In 1995, Ursula and Alfred moved to Killeen, TX, and purchased their home. She worked in the Killeen ISD School District for 14 years as a food service worker. She worked at Ellison High School, Shoemaker High School, and Harker Heights High School. Ursula was very dedicated to her job, coworkers, and the students she served every day. She loved them so much and they loved her. Ursula would make sure the students ate even if she had to pay for it herself. She was just a loving and kindhearted woman. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones. Although she didn't have kids of her own. Ursula was a mother to all her nieces, nephews, and even the students at Ellison High School, Shoemaker High School, and Harker Heights High School.

Her hobbies were needlepoint, knitting, crocheting, cooking, and baking. The whole family loved it when she made Cabbage Ground beef and German Goulash. She spoiled her nephews and nieces with her homemade Banana Pudding and Zucchini Bread. She loved making blankets for her family.

On June 16, 2024, Ursula accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. The angels in Heaven are rejoicing. Let's rejoice knowing that she has entered heaven's gate,

Ursula is survived by the love of her life Alfred Brown III. Two brothers Hans-Peter and Reimund Schmidt of Butzbach, Germany.
