Mrs. Sherman passed away October 15, 2022, in Harker Heights, TX.
Tomika Seghana Harris Sherman affectionately known as "Precious" and "Mena Me", was born July 29, 1977, in Fort Carson, Colorado. The second child of Tommie and Janie Harris.
Tomika accepted Christ as her personal Savior early in life. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, personality, voice and most certainly her love for Jesus Christ.
Tomika loved music and enjoyed singing, reading, swimming, hiking, and debating about world affairs. She met and married Jason Sherman and to their union Janae, Jaila, and Jurnee were born, her three beautiful girls that are and will always be their mother's pride and joy. Tomika attended various schools throughout her childhood, graduating high school from Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas. Being the child of a military service member, she traveled to Germany, Switzerland, Italy as well as the Bahamas. She enjoyed seeing the world. Always working diligently, she was employed as a property manager, government employee, and a telemarketer. Tomika's laughter and smile would light up a room. She always wanted to do the right thing at all costs, the epitome of a GREAT human being. Willing to go over and beyond to make sure everyone around her was good.
The love for her family cannot be replaced. Her legacy lives on through all of us who remain.
She leaves to mourn: her mother, Janie Harris; husband, Jason Sherman; daughters, Janae, Jaila, Jurnee; siblings, Rosemary (Adrian) Clayton, Tiffinee Harris, Anaya and Tijhae Lee, Tommie (Tasha) Harris, Jr., Tyson, Tinsley and Madison Harris, Tamara (Ryan) Mosley, Zhuri Mosley, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and close friends.
