Memorial service for Mr. Titharius Antonio Folks, 54 of Killeen, TX will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Burial with military honors will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX

Titharius “Tee” Antonio Folks was a man of many words, thoughts, and ideas. He embraced life to the fullest and made sure those around him did the same. Tee had a generous heart and was always willing to help anyone in need.

Titharius was born on December 6, 1971, in El Paso, Texas to William H. Folks and Margie R. (Daugherty) Folks. Mr. Folks passed away July 17, 2026, in Killeen, TX.Throughout his academic journey, he attended several schools, from North Carolina to Wiesbaden, Germany, where he graduated from high school. 

Upon returning to the United States, Titharius attended college and worked in New York City’s financial district. He met and married Kecia Amos, and their union was blessed with two children, Anfernee Folks and Ashira Adonai-Lee Shadariah Folks. His children were the greatest joy of his life.

Affectionately known to most as “Tee,” and to some as “Unique” – a name that suited his well- Titharius was truly one of a kind. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honored to be a veteran.

Tee was a man of many passions, but above all, he cherished his family and friends. He found great joy in spending time with those he loved, generously sharing his time, talents, and kindness with everyone around him. Always willing to lend a helping hand, Tee took pride in using his gifts to uplift others and make a positive difference in their lives.

In recent years, Tee discovered a passion for furniture restoration, quickly developing an impressive talent for transforming worn and forgotten pieces into something beautiful once again. His creativity, patience, and craftsmanship reflected the care he put into everything he did.

One of the greatest joys in Tee’s life was gathering with family and friends for game nights during weekends and holidays. Whether playing cards or board games, he brought laughter, spirited competition, and unforgettable memories to every gathering. His determination to win- and his unwavering belief that he was never truly losing- became one of his most endearing qualities and a source of joy for everyone around him.

Tee’s generous heart, infectious spirit, and the countless memories he created with those he loved will forever be treasured. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Tee was preceded in death by his father, William H. Folks as well as a host of other family members who were present at the pearly gates to welcome him home. He is survived by a host of loving family members, including his mother, Margie Perez; his brothers, Vaughn Folks (Tamara) and Brent Folks (Tennille); his sister, Breanna Savoy (Brandon); and his children, Anfernee Folks (Essence) and his beloved “Babygirl,” the sparkle of his eye, Ashira.
