Funeral services for Mr. Tilmon Gaddy Sr., 63, of Belton, TX will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, 11:00 a.m., at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Viewing will be held two hours prior to the service (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.). Inurnment with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, 1:00 p.m. at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, in Killeen, TX.

Tilmon Gaddy Senior was born 11.06.1961 in Chicago Illinois and was the son of Ulysses Branch and was the fifth child of Rosetta Gaddy. He passed away August 19, 2025, in San Antonio, TX.
After moving to Mount Vernon, Illinois in 1971. Tilmon finished his high school career at Mount Vernon High playing and enjoying the game of baseball.
Upon finishing high school, T decided to join the Army in 1979 and actively served his country proud for four years while receiving several achievements before being honorably discharged and dedicating his next phase of his life to becoming a truck driver in which he was known for.
Devoted Christian and loving what he did traveling the roads delivering freight all across America, T often made it a point to visit family showing his continuous love for his family stopping by to say hello even if it was for 5 minutes.
After a leg amputation, T continued to defy the odds and soon turned his passion into wheelchair basketball where he became a fan favorite.
During his time playing wheelchair basketball, he was introduced to his life partner Patricia Suggs and her son DJ where value was added to Tilmon's life.
Tilmon was a fan of big ten football and basketball and the Indiana Pacers.
Lover of life, he often spent his later years hanging out in the VA Hospital where he has a passion for smiling and spending time with friends or outside of the VA playing cards, dominoes, traveling, coloring, and spending time with his partner Patricia and her son DJ and T's family.
Tilmon Gaddy Sr. transitioned peacefully in the early morning hours of August 19, 2025, at the age of 63. He now joins his beloved parents, one cherished nephew, and one dear niece in eternal rest. Tilmon leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, and an abundance of family and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Grandchildren: Mia Ajanee Johnson, Illeana (Devin) Scott, Trevor Johnson, Corey Johnson Jr, Justin Johnson, Mecca Johnson, Shani Johnson, Hendrix Johnson, Mia Johnson, Niah Johnson, Quinn Johnson.
Sisters: Cynthia Shepherd, Tanya Gaddy, Tara Gaddy, Shamika Kimble.
Brothers: Darryl Bug Gaddy, Reggie Gaddy.
Nieces: Rina May, Ann-marie Gaddy, Lydia Gaddy, Tierra Gaddy Jayquway Gaddy, Jovanna Rhone.
Nephews: Xeron Gaddy (proceeded in death, Reggie Wallace, Xavier third ross, Jovan Thrailkill, Randy Gaddy, Raynard Gaddy, Terrance Gaddy, Christian Gaddy, Darius Gaddy, Robert Ray Ray Garnett.
