Graveside service with Military Honors for Mr. Richard Charles Robbins, 75 of Harker Heights, TX will be held Monday, December 1, 2025, 1:00 p.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 30, 2025 (6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.) at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX.

Richard Charles Robbins a proud veteran of the United States Marines passed away November 13, 2025. Richard was born on July 23, 1950, in Columbus, Ohio and graduated with an associate's degree.

At the age of 19, Richard enlisted in the Marine Corp. He valued this service highly and attained a rack of Corporal. As part of his service, he received the following medals and awards: The National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Rifle Expert Badge for his service in Vietnam.

Richard Charles Robbins is survived by: his spouse, Carolyn Jones-Robbins; his daughter, Jennifer Robbins; grandson, Brenden Finney; sisters-in-law, Urissa Cooper, Nyla Dukes; and mother-in-law, Rita R. Dukes.
