Funeral service for Retired SFC Laureano Feliciano, Jr. 76 of Killeen, TX will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Mount Sinai Christian Church in Killeen, TX. Burial with full military honors will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Viewing will be held two hours prior to the service (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) at the church.

Laureano Feliciano Perez affectionately known as "Jr," a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on March 27, 2024, in Round Rock, Texas. Jr was born to Cecilia Perez and Laureano Feliciano Sr. on January 22, 1948, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He spent twenty-two years of his life traveling to various places while serving his country in the United States Army. At the end of his retirement, he eventually settled into the place he called home in Killeen, Texas with his wife and children.

Jr is survived by: his loving wife, Rosa Maria Lorenzana Feliciano; three sons; and their families. His son's families consist of: Wilfredo Feliciano (Jessica) and their children: Isaac Lopez, Kalani Feliciano, Tyler Smith, Marcello Feliciano, and Giovanni Feliciano; Javier Feliciano (Yashira) and their children: Luis Santos, Gabriel Santos, and Yari Feliciano; and his youngest son, Alexis Feliciano. He is also survived by: his granddaughter, Elizabeth Mendoza; great grandson, Anthony Lopez; one brother; six sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews that loved him dearly. Each of them will remember and embrace him for his unwavering support, unconditional love, and many wonderful life lessons throughout the years to come.

An avid golfer, Laureano found solace and tranquility spending countless occasions at the local golf course or watching tournaments on TV. He also had a passion for music so his home would often be filled with sounds of salsa music or him playing his conga's any chance he had. But most of the time, you could always find him surrounded by those he loved.

Jr's story is one of dedication, love and unwavering commitment to his family and friends. He was a very honorable man, treated everyone he met as if they were family, opened his home to all, and was truly the epitome of great man. Jr will be deeply missed, but the seeds he planted in the hearts of those who knew him will continue to grow and flourish for generations to come.
