Funeral services for Retired SSG Camilo Zamarippa Ramos, 69 of Killeen, TX will be held Monday, July 19, 2021, 9:00 a.m. at Grace Christian Center in Killeen, TX. Burial with military honors will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Mr. Camilo Z. Ramos passed away July 7, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family in Killeen, TX.  He was born February 10, 1952, in Uvalde, TX.  He was born to Viviano Ramos and Valeria Zamarippa. He graduated from Uvalde High School and married his high school sweetheart Evangelina Chapa on Oct. 3, 1970.

Mr. Ramos loved dancing, playing drums, listening to music, playing softball his family and God.  He loved being a jokester and most definitely the life of the party, just about everywhere he went. (Even when there was not party going on, he made it one)

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Evangelina C. Ramos; his children, Evette R. Coffey (Fred), Paul A. Ramos (Becca), Tanya Ramos, Natasha Moody (Will), Mercy Anne Ridenour (Toby), thirteen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
