Visitation for Mr. Reginald Scott Reed, 63 of Harker Heights, TX will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Burial with military honors will follow the visitation at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Mr. Reed passed away September 16, 2023, in Temple, TX. He was born July 16, 1960, in Bardstown, KY.

Reginald 'Scott' Reed Sr. was born on July 16th, 1960, to Arthur Reed Sr. and Shirley Reed Fleming in Bardstown Kentucky. Mr. Reed served in the US Navy for over 10 years as a Petty Officer, 2nd Class and later joined the FAA as an Air Traffic Controller where he retired. Mr. Reed was a Patriot, he loved gardening, fishing, and his jazz.

He is survived by: his wife, Stephanie Reed of Harker Heights TX; his mother, Shirley Fleming of Killeen TX; his father, Arthur Reed (Cathy) of Bardstown KY; three brothers, Arthur Reed of Plano TX, Jeffrey Reed of San Antonio TX, Timothy Reed (Debra) of Garner NC; sisters, Paula Reed Spriggs (Willie Sr.) of Navasota TX, Rosyln Reed Harris (Richard) of Gainesville GA, Kanesha Fleming Madison of Lithia Springs, GA; sons, Reggie Reed Jr, Gershom Reed, Daniel Reed; daughters, Amanda Reed, and Mariah Reed; four grandchildren, and a host of uncles, aunts. cousins, nephews, nieces, and lots of friends.
