Memorial service for Mrs. Mamie Lee Seegers, 90 of Killeen, TX will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX.

Mamie Lee Seegers, 90, of Killeen, Texas passed away on March 28, 2026, at Cypress Healthcare & Rehabilitation in San Marcos, Texas.

Mamie was born in Greenwood County on November 11, 1935, the daughter of the late Bennie Aye, Sr. and Essie Oliver. She was raised by her godparents Simpson and Florence Jackson Adams (Missy). Mamie graduated from Brewer High School in 1954.After graduation she worked at Nantex and Monsanta for many years and retired at Greenwood Mills (Adams Plant) in 1994. She was a member of Mays United Methodist Church. After her retirement she moved to Killeen to be with her children.

She was preceded in death by one son, Tiffalie Seegers; five brothers, George Henry Oliver of Ninety Six, South Carolina, Benny (Mattie) Aye Jr and Wallace (Liz) Aye of Greenwood, South Carolina, Tommy (Shirley) Adams of North Carolina and George (Thalia) Oliver of New Jersey; two sisters, Essie (Samuel) Barksdale of Greenwood, South Carolina and Mary (Benson) Lark of Ninety Six, South Carolina and a grandson, Stefan Robinson.

Mamie is survived by two daughters, Sherolyn (Dwayne) Robinson of Killeen, Texas and Elisha Callis of San Marcos, Texas; a grandson, Jevon Callis; one stepson, Maurice Verner; two brothers, Charlie (Lily) Oliver of Delaware and Jesse Pete (Beverly) of South Carolina; one sister, Estella (Willie) Pope, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
