Mr. Wilson passed away February 20, 2023, in Killeen, TX.

Kyle Albert Wilson was born to Barbara J. Wilson and Kenneth Myers on February 2, 1959, in Chicago, IL. He was the middle child born to his mother. Kyle attended Gregory Elementary, Manley Middle and Austin High Schools in Chicago. He moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 17 to live with his older brother Kenneth (Lucky) and then moved to Killeen Texas where he lived until his passing.

Kyle gave his life to the Lord while he was living in Texas. He attended Balanced Believer Ministries under the leadership of Bishop G.L. Grace. His favorite song was "Heavenly Choir" by the Canton Spirituals. Kyle genuinely loved people. He never met a person he couldn't talk to. He knew everybody and everybody knew him, most calling him "Cowboy." Kyle had a heart as big as the state of Texas that he lived in. He was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back. If he had something you needed, even if it was his last, he would give it to you. As a manager of a kitchen in an Assisted Living Home in Killeen, on several occasions Kyle was voted employee of the month by the residents. He would often turn down certificates of acknowledgement so other employees would feel appreciated. Kyle will be remembered by many as a loving and giving man.

Kyle had an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to make his own way. He loved working with his hands. He enjoyed buying and repairing cars, remodeling houses and driving trucks. Prior to his passing, he spent a lot of time driving trucks over the road with his friend Kim. Kyle was also a very gifted artist. He could draw anything just by looking at it. He drew a beautiful pair of praying hands and sent them as gifts to his mother and sister, Denise.

Kyle was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Myers, his half-sisters: Valerie, Kathy Robin and nephews: Heath and Christopher. Extended family: surrogate mom Oddie Jews and brother Gene McGraw (Vanessa, wife also deceased).

Kyle touched the lives of so many people. He leaves the following to cherish his memory, his sons Ronald, Jakarlyn and Michael: six grandchildren Micah, Melissa, Makayla, Gigi, Illianna, Julianno and, his mother, Barbara Wilson: sister, Denise Carlie and brother, Arthur Wilson (Barbara) and half-brother Kenneth Myers (Kimberly); nieces and nephews: Quiana, Henry 3, Jesse, Kayla, Beth, Caryn, Sonja, India, Yaphet, Mezlan and Anthony. Extended family: brothers and sisters: Kim McGraw (Lashele), Steven Jews (Aiyesha), Velerea, Felecia Fogle, Ivory Surgeon, Mataka Bush (Jay) and Tammy (Felix) Andino; close friends: Michelle Smith, Randy Works, Chris Rideout, and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
