Kaitlin Paris, aka "Princess" by her mother. Beloved daughter of Katherine Paris, Harker Heights, TX. and Warren Cook, Memphis, TX. was born October 3rd, 1988 In Colorado Springs, CO.
Kaitlin lived a life full of contagious enthusiasm, with a charismatic spirit. Her radiating smile lit up every room she entered. She had a silly, corny sense of humor that kept everyone smiling. Kaitlin never met a stranger and would help that same person believe they could move mountains. She was notorious for checking on others to make sure they stay motivated in their daily endeavors.
Family, friends, teachers, and associates describe Kaitlin as full of grace, wisdom, and understanding. humble, very loving, patient, honest, ambitious, focused, never giving up when the odds seem insurmountable.
Kaitlin was of exceptional character & integrity worthy of honor and respect. She was a born leader who was worth following because she genuinely sought to build people, to see them reach their potential, and to be all that God created them to be. Truly an Inspiration to all!
Kaitlin had just received her Associates Degree in Sociology and aspired to work with at-risk youth by continuing her Bachelor's Degree at Texas A&M, Killeen.
She attended Harker Heights High-school, Harker Heights, TX. Class of 2007. Where she participated in Volleyball, Basketball and Track & Field. She was in Gifted & Talented Classes. Her favorite pastime was writing poems & short stories as well as doing volunteer work.
Kaitlin was currently pursuing a healthy lifestyle by doing boxing in memory of her only brother and participating in 5k runs that were raising funds for local charities.
Her heart hurt for those that were hurting so her passion was obvious, especially during a pandemic. She had recently created a FB page called "Girlfriends" where she posted every single morning, a "good morning Beautiful" Or "own your Day" or maybe even a "You totally GOT THIS" post. She was out to make a difference in this world, and we believe she did just that.
Kaitlin ran into the arms of her baby brother Keaton aka "Bubba" on February 17th, 2021, we can only imagine the love that exploded in heaven that day. She will be deeply missed.
