Funeral service for Mr. Jerrickson Begay, 36 of Killeen, TX will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Burial with military honors will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Jerrickson Begay was born October 27, 1985, in Tuba City, Arizona, to Jefferson and Mccora Begay. He was called home to be with the Lord on
November 16, 2021, at Olin Teague Veterans Medical Center in Temple, Tx. He accepted Christ earlier this year. J.B graduated from Flagstaff High School in Flagstaff, AZ in May 2003.

He enlisted in the United States Army as a Multichannel Transmission System Operator (25Q). He served 14 years, did 3 deployments to Iraq, and
was honorably discharged in September of 2018.

On May 29, 2015, he was united in holy matrimony to Charlysa Begay (Mclean). They shared many wonderful memories over 7 years.

JB loved deeply, laughed often, and lived every day as if it were his last day. He took nothing for granted. His legacy of love has left footprints to all who were fortunate enough to have known him. His memories will forever be cherished by his wife of 7 years, Charlysa Begay; two daughters and stepdaughter, Aaliyah Begay, Hailey Begay, Michelle Van Dorn; mother, Mccora Begay; father, Jefferson Begay; brothers, Fidel Montoya and Bryant Begay; sister, Corlinda Begay. He will also be missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and brothers in arms.

JB is preceded in death by Jefferson Begay, Dalane Singer, Helen and Roy Husky, Alice Bahe and Charlie Bahe.
