Funeral service for Mr. Henry Little, 66 of Killeen, TX will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service (10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) at the funeral home.

Biography of Life
Henry Little was born on March 24, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois, to Jack Dawson and Louise Hamilton (both of whom preceded in death). Henry was adopted and raised by Jack Little (who also preceded him in death). Henry is the seventh eldest out of 12 children. Henry attended John Foster Dulles Elementary, Myra Bradwell, and South Shore High School. He started his career at Job Corps in 1977 in brick laying and tuckpointing. Henry started his career at Mahoney Construction Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Henry continued to work for multiple construction companies throughout his career. His talent can be seen all over Chicago, Illinois, and Killeen, Texas. Along his journey Henry met Cozetta Butler in 1974.
Together they relocated to Killeen, Texas, in 2002. On March 8, 2003, they united in Holy Matrimony. Through this union Khadijah Little was born. Henry accepted Christ at an early age at the First Star Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois, under the leadership of Reverend Dr. David Lee Cotton, Sr. Henry embodied many roles throughout his life, a devoted husband, loving father, loyal son and brother, trusted friend, and a guiding presence to all who knew him. Henry was a man of strength, quiet wisdom, and unwavering love for his family. Khadijah was his light, the apple of his eye, his everything. Henry spent his leisure time with his family and friends. He enjoyed playing chess, bid whist, and cooking
delicious meals. Henry made his transition to glory on February 1, 2026. Henry leaves to cherish his memories the love of his life, Cozetta Butler Little; daughter, Khadijah Little; "Gym Shoe," Shawn Butler, Sr.; and Shawn's children, Shawn Jr., Juwuan, and Jaxon whom he loved as his own grandchildren. His siblings who preceded him in death Betty Wright, James Miles, Pearl Miles, Jerry Little, and Phillip Little. His siblings who continue to cherish his memories include Roise Guyton, Curtis Miles, Louise Thomas, Jack Little, Brenda Little, and Oudia Little. Henry also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and many, many friends. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing his legacy lives on in the
love he poured into each of us.
