Giselle Rowena Liverpool Arman, lovingly referred to as Sexy G La Bella, was born to George Rupert and Udora Etilma Liverpool on August 7, 1956, in the renown Gorgas Hospital in Panama City, Ancon, Panama.  Raised in 10th St Rio Abajo along with her brother, Conrad Ernesto Fredrick Gaskin, and sister, Geodelle Rowynta Liverpool, Giselle's zest for life blossomed and she began to develop into the woman we all knew and loved.  After graduating from Colegio La Santa Familia, Giselle began work as a dressmaker in Panama.  In 1976, she welcomed her first child, George aka Nino.

At the age of 28, Giselle found herself ready for a new adventure and with a desire to build something greater.  She immigrated to the United States, first to New York and later then on to Texas. It was in Killeen, Texas that Giselle would give birth to her second child, Whisha.  After her daughter's birth, Giselle decided to make the Greater Killeen Area her home. Beloved for her exclamations of being "Hawaiian Tan or Pecan Brown", Sexy G endeared herself to the local Panamanian community. The life of the party, Giselle was a self-professed Dance Hall Queen.  She loved to dance and could out whine anyone.  Her generous heart would often find her extending food, comfort, and family to everyone in her orbit.  With her boastful laugh that reverberated with joy, you couldn't help but to join in her mirth. Known for her hard work and determination, Giselle was a proficient hair stylist, dress maker, events planner, bar tender and set designer. With her skillset, her services were often in demand at, and in preparation of, various functions throughout the year. It was not surprising to find her expertise behind the scenes at any event you might attend.

A dedicated mother, Giselle put her love life on hold until fate intervened. In 2010, she met the love of her life, John Alfred Arman Jr.  The two later married in May of 2011 surrounded by family and friends.  With her love of people and appreciation of a good time, Giselle and John began to put her talents to work toward their own endeavors.  Adding an addition to the back of the house to accommodate guests, the two began hosting get togethers in their home.  Filled with music, laughter, and food, it was not unusual to be invited to a Night of Fun, Bingo, or Pokeno Night.  A devastating fire on Thanksgiving of 2021 destroyed their home, forcing them to temporarily relocate but were later able to rebuild. Throughout their relationship, both endured their own health crisis, and faced them head on together until John's passing in June of this year.  Unable to bear his loss, she followed barely two months after of a broken heart August 24, 2024, in Austin, TX.

Giselle is survived by her son, George Liverpool (aka Nino); daughter Whisha Young (Nina); sister Geodelle Sandiford; and multiple nieces and nephews.  With her enormous heart, she is survived by a slew of adopted family members to include sisters Xiomara Navarro, Yvonne Brown, Ana Lovett, and Angelica Davis, as well as adopted son Gennaire Harris.  She is preceded in death by her father, George Rupert Liverpool; mother, Udora Etilma Liverpool; brother Conrad Ernesto Frederick Gaskin; and her beloved husband of 13 years, John Alfred Arman, Jr.
