Memorial service for Mrs. Evangelina Chapa Ramos will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022, 11:00 am at Grace Christian Center in Killeen, TX.  Inurnment will follow the service at Central Texas State Veteran Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Mrs. Evangelina C. Ramos passed away August 11, 2022, at her daughter's home in Killeen, TX surrounded by her family. She was born November 20, 1950, in Uvalde, TX to parents Jose Jesus Chapa and Mercedes Ortiz Chapa. She graduated from Uvalde High School and married her high school sweetheart Camilo Z. Ramos on October 3, 1970.

First and foremost, she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother sister and friend. She was a remarkable leader and role model for many; she faithfully loved and served the lord with all of her heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband Camilo Z. Ramos. She is survived by her children, Evette R. Coffey (Fred), Paul A. Ramos, Tanya Ramos, Natasha M. Moody (Will) and Mercy Anne Ridenour (Toby); 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
