Graveside service with military honors for Mr. Edward Wayne Mack and Mrs. Lauren Nicole Mack will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Mrs. Mack passed away August 21, 2021 in Harker Heights, TX. She was born June 2, 1984 in Fulda, Germany.

Mr. Mack passed away August 23, 2021 in Harker Heights, TX. He was born May 23, 1975 in Lubbock, TX.

Lauren Vivona Mack and Eddie Mack were two wonderful people as individuals. However, when they became a couple, true love and kindness emanated from them. They were married in 2008, surrounded by friends and family. Their years together were joyful, but not always easy. They fought through hardships with the grace found only through Our Lord. Lauren and Eddie also found strength in each other, always using laughter as a way to get through life's challenges.

Family meant everything to Lauren and Eddie. About two years ago, they started the process to become," Foster to Adopt Parents." The process went smoothly and on December 12, 2019, they received the call that would change their lives. Mikie and Aliyah were in need of a home and Lauren and Eddie couldn't have been happier. It was a beautiful match.

Six months later, on June 30, 2020, the adoption took place via Zoom and The Mack Family of 4 was official!

Lauren and Eddie were wonderful parents. They were never happier. Being a mom and a dad meant everything to them. Mikie and Aliyah flourished in their care in every way!

They were survived by their mother, Genna Vivona, and their children, Mikie Vivona Mack, and Aliyah Vivona Mack.
