Funeral services for Ms. Donna Marie Connerly, 67 of Harker Heights, TX, will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Westside Baptist Church in Killeen, TX. Burial with military honors will follow the service at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) at the church.

Donna Marie Connerly, age 67, was called to be with the Lord on March 14, 2023, in Temple, Texas. On February 5, 1956, Donna Connerly was born to the Late Mary Conerly and Floyd Stevenson in Bogalusa, Louisiana.

Donna graduated from Bogalusa High School in Bogalusa, Louisiana. After she graduated High School, Donna joined the United States Army, until she medically retired. Donna Connerly earned an associate degree from Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona and Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas with a focus on Early Childhood Education. She worked for many years as a licensed childcare director, teacher assistant, substitute teacher, and as a lead teacher throughout the years.

Donna was baptized at Pershing Park Baptist Church in Killeen, Texas by Pastor Joda Weston on February 9, 1992. Later she joined Westside Baptist Church where she served as an Evangelist, Sunday School Teacher, and an Usher. In the Usher Ministry Donna served as a Chaplain. In addition, she served as Treasurer and was on the Hospitality committee. She was a faithful and dedicated member of Westside Baptist Church.  She was known for her distinctive laugh, beautiful voice, smile, loving spirit, creativity, and her favorite saying, "I'm Good." Donna was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend to all that knew her.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Conerly and Floyd Stevenson, her brother, Darrell Conerly, and her sister, Crystal Conerly.

Donna leaves to mourn her son Etric L'Todd. Brown; two sisters, Angela Stevenson, and Ramona Stevenson both of Tucson, Arizona; three granddaughters, Arianna Harwell, Chloe Brown, and Cheyenne Brown of Houston, Texas; and host of family and friends.
