On Friday, May 23, 2025, Christine Moss passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Our Hospice House in Belton, TX.

Christine was born in Wisner, LA on February 16, 1941, to Curtis and Bernice Ogden and was blessed with a large and loving family of 15 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children Paula and Russ Hall, Randy and Maggie Sullivan and Jamie and Patty Sullivan, also by her 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a few of her siblings.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Jack Moss, daughter, Belinda Jones, her first husband, Clarence Sullivan and some of her siblings whose memories she held dear.

Christine's life was a testament to her commitment to serving others. Her career as a nurse showcased her nurturing spirit and her dedication to the well-being of those in her care. Her passion for nurturing others also led her to work in the kitchens of several local schools. She extended her compassion and service to her work in the prison system, where she served as a Food Service Sargeant at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ensuring that even in challenging environments, dignity and respect were upheld. She also loved serving and helping at the Salvation Army and Goodwill.

Christine was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives she touched. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
