Mr. Fisher passed away December 21, 2021, in Harker Heights, TX. He was born February 7, 1977, in Columbus, GA.

Carl Vinceson Fisher, Jr. was born in Columbus, GA on February 7, 1977, to the union of Carl Vinceson Fisher, Sr. and Delisa Joyce Fisher. Most of Carl's youthful years were spent traveling with his family due to his dad being in the United States Army. In 1992 the Fisher family moved to Killeen, Texas where Carl continued his education enrolled in the Killeen School District until graduating from Ellison High School in 1997.

After graduation, he became employed by the Killeen School District until he decided to join the U.S. Army, following in his dad's footsteps. After faithfully serving his country in the U.S. Army, he joined the National Guard and continued to serve. After his honorable discharge, he embarked upon a desire to work overseas doing contract work.

Carl had a deep love for his family and God and the heart of a servant. He also had a passion for music and was always ready to share a word about the kingdom of God.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Carl and Delisa Fisher, Killeen, TX; his loving grandmothers, maternal: Minnie L. Cook and paternal: Christine Fisher, both of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Felicia (Willie) Hood of Augusta, GA, and Tundra (Justice) Mafoti of Killeen, TX; one brother, John (Shunda) Fisher of Greensboro, NC; seven nieces, two nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Throughout Carl's life journey, he frequently would remind those in whom he came in contact with what Jesus said in the gospel according to John Chapter 14 verse 6. "Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
