A homegoing celebration Ms. Betty Lou Cotton, 78 of Killeen, TX will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday March 14, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Hampton, 229 North King Street, Hampton, VA 23669. Interment will follow at Hampton Memorial Gardens, 155 Butler Farm Road.

Viewing hours for Ms. Cotton are from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday March 13, 2025 at Ronald C. Perkins Funeral Home, 252 W Queen Street, Hampton, VA 23669 and the family will receive friends from 3-6 p.m.

Ms. Cotton passed away March 4, 2025, in Temple, TX. She was born July 23, 1946, in Hampton, VA.
