After seventeen years, on March 10th, 1999, in Amberg, Germany Luz B. Duperon and Roberto A. Duperon were blessed with the birth of a miracle baby, Anthony Ismael Duperon Lahoz, affectionally also known as Antho, and Tony. Our dear son brought joy and happiness to our lives. We would celebrate everything he did, like a great event: when he learned to walk, speak, run. For us it was like Anthony was the only child in the world that could do all these amazing things. It was a privilege to have had him for 25 years.
Anthony accepted Christ as his Lord and savior as an adolescent. Anthony was a very friendly person; he would always be willing to help his friends. Anthony loved basketball. Loved his kids and Destiny, loved his brothers, family and friends. Anthony always carried his contagious smile. Anthonys brothers Robert and Alexander love him very much, and he reciprocated that love at them too. We loved to celebrate birthdays, Christmas, and Thanksgiving together.
Anthony Graduated from high school in 2017 from Robert Shoemaker High School in Killeen Texas. He attended Austin Community College for two years and later transferred to Central Texas College (CTC) pursuing an Automotive Degree. He received certificates of completion on various automotives principles such as engines, brake systems, etc.
Anthony met his high school sweetheart Destiny McKiver at Shoemaker High. Later, on December 11, 2021, Anthony and Destiny had a beautiful baby boy named Jiraiya. Anthony continued his studies, and worked doing automotive mechanical work and cleaning, painting personalizing tennis shoes as requested by costumers, while Destiny worked at Walmart. On July 21, 2024, Anthony and Destiny were blessed with a pair of beautiful twin baby girls, named Jessenia and Jelina. Anthony, Destiny and family members were crazy about the three babies. Anthony would Facetime us almost every night to show us Jiraiya, Jessenia and Jelina, when they smile, when JJ would play with him. I'll be missing those calls at night.
This separation hurts so much, and he is going to be missed greatly, a piece of our hearts will always be missing. But we know that God will comfort our souls. What makes things easier is knowing we have Destiny and their three beautiful children who carry a piece of his heart. He left us a gift in them, a little piece of himself. God bless them!
Revelations 21:4
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death,
or mourning or crying, or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.
