The family will have a private service and burial for Mrs. Angela "Angie" D. Harris, 45 of Killeen, TX.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 (6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX.

Angela Denise Harris was born January 23, 1976, in Okinawa, Japan. She was the second child born to Reverend Donald R. Harris, Sr., and the late Deborah Neomi Harris. Angela confessed Christ at an early age and passionately shared her faith and love for God, family, and the community until God called her home. Her book of life closed from labor to reward January 12, 2022. Angela was preceded in death by her mother and paternal grandmother, Ruby Mae Douglas.

Angela was educated in the school system of Lowndes County and Escambia County. She was a graduate of Pine Forest Hight School, Class of 1994. After high school graduation, Angela continued her education at Pensacola Junior College. After relocating to Killeen, Texas, she resumed her undergraduate studies at Ashford University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and subsequently earned a Master of Science in Psychology.

Angela was a dedicated professional who exemplified the love of Christ. She was employed with the Killeen Head Start 4C for 16 years as a teacher and site director. Many children and coworkers were blessed by her faithfulness to provide a loving and nurturing work environment.

Angela was a young woman with many talents and affectionately known as a "glamour girl" because she had a passion for hair styling, make-up, jewelry, and a keen eye for fashion. Angela's passion for jewelry inspired her to embark on her entrepreneurial journey. This inspiration led her to create an online jewelry business, Star Stunning Glam. In her spare time, Angela enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends.

Angela was a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend. As a woman of faith and prayer, she was passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. She touched many with encouraging words, a listening ear, and hugs. Angela never met a stranger. Her smile lit up a room and her laughter permeated the air.

The memories of Angela's life will be cherished forever by her children: La'Dasha Me'Chelle Clanton, Cornez Deshawn Harris, Damianna Shania Seller, and Ahmaad Demarcus Sellers; a loving father, Reverend Donald R. Harris, Sr.; step-mother, Karen Harris; maternal grandmother, Minnie White; two siblings, Yumekia Neshea Steverson and Donald Harris, Jr.; three aunts, Cheryl Hayes, Myra Knight, and Jacquelyn Douglas; five uncles, Ronald (Nadine) Harris, Lauren Harris, Darnell (Janice) Harris, Marcus (Jessie) White, and Gary White; three special friends, Kimberly Peterson, Tameeka Jackson, and Terry Miller, Sr.; and a host of nieces , nephews, other relatives, and friends.
