Funeral services for Mr. Allen Ohanio George Sr., 72 of Killeen, TX will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022, 11:00 a.m. at Chisolm's Family Funeral Home in Killeen, TX. Burial will follow the service at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Killeen, TX.

Viewing will be held two hours prior to the service (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.).

Allen Ohanio George Sr., aka "Bunny", was born on October 12, 1950, to Donald A. George Sr. and Erma A George in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. He passed away on November 10, 2022, in Harker Heights, Texas.

Allen was the older brother to Alicia Guiler, Verne George, Ashley "Ashanti" George, and Velma George. He is survived by his mother, Erma A. George and his seven children, Vernice George, Nicole George-Peterson, Allen "Buffy" George Jr., April George-Jones, Annika George, Chanise George, and Chanisa Smith. Allen has thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald A. George Sr., his brother Donald S. "Boyzie" George Jr., his sister Marjorie George, and grandson, Nakye M. Peterson.

Allen attended George Washington Elementary School, and Charlotte Amalie High School. He worked at the Department of Public Works and Blazing photos, a photo store where he developed film. He later worked at K-Mart as a stock clerk. Allen had a great love for horses, in his teenage and young adult years you would find him on the racetrack where he walked the horses. He had his own horse named Bland Dash, which he later gave to his brother Verne. His second passion was for baseball, his favorite team was the Kansas City Royals, and his favorite color was blue.

In 2015, Allen moved to Texas where he lived with his daughter and son-in-law, April and Reginald Jones. He resided in Texas for Seven years until he passed peacefully in his sleep.
